【 摘 要 】
Cancersurvivorsoftenexperienceavarietyofphysiologicaldeficitsresultingfromcancertreatmentsuchasreducedmusclestrength,decreasedrangeofmotionandpoorbalance.Cancersurvivorsalsocommonlyexperiencepsychosocialsideeffects,suchasanxiety,depressionandfearofrecurrence.Overall,itiscommonforcancersurvivorstoreportadecreaseinphysicalandemotionalwellbeingandoverallqualityoflife.Researchsuggeststhatimprovementsinphysicalhealthcanbeachievedthroughmoderateintensityexercisesuchaslightresistancetrainingandmoderateaerobicexerciseinthispopulation.Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction(MBSR)programmingutilizesvariousmind/bodytechniquesthatcanreducestateanxietylevels,distressanddepression.Whilecancersurvivorsfacenumerousphysiologicalandpsychologicalchallenges,exerciseinterventionsfocusonphysicalhealth,whileMBSRinterventionsfocusonpsychosocialhealth.TheAmericanMedicalAssociation(AMA)recommendsapatient’scareshouldincludepsychological,physiological,psychosocialandeducationalcomponents,emphasizingtheneedforanintegratedapproachtocancersurvivorship.IntegratingexerciseandMBSRinterventionsmayservetooptimizetheoverallhealthandqualityoflifeofacancersurvivor.
