【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy;temperature,dissolvedoxygen,pH,electricconductivity(EC)andsecchidiscparameterswereinsitumeasuredinwatersamples,collectedseasonally,ofAfsarDamLake,situatedinManisaprovince.Chlorophyll-a,ammonium(NH4+),nitrite(NO2-),nitrate(NO3-),ortho-phosphate(PO4-3)analyseswereconducted.TrophicstatuswasdetectedaccordingtoCarlsonTrophicIndexandOECDcriteria.Accordingtothefindings;thehighestchlorophyll-aaveragevaluewasreachedinautumnwith39.1µg/L.Secchi-discvaluevariedbetweenminimum26cmandmaximum312cm.Correlationcoefficientamongsecchi-discandchlorophyll-avalueswas-0.4.Watertemperaturewasminimum11.7°Candmaximum29.5°C.Amonniumvalueswereminimum0.13mg/Landmaximum1.35mg/L.Nitritevalueswereminimum0mg/Landmaximum0.025mg/L.Nitratevalueswereminimum0mg/Landmaximum1.80mg/L.Ortho-phosphatevaluewasminimum0mg/Landmaximum1.16mg/L.Dissolvedoxygenwasminimum5.2mg/Landmaximum10.7mg/L.pHvaluewasminimum7.08andmaximum8.53.Electricalconductivity(EC)wasminimum472µmhos/cm,maximum588µmhos/cm.Atotalof37phytoplanktonand19zooplanktontaxaweredetermined.Ofthese,7belongtoCyanobacteria,12toOchrophyta,5toCharophyta,8toChlorophyta,2toDinoflagellata,2toCryptophyta,1toEuglenozoa,11toRotifera,5toCrustaceaand3toProtozoa.DamlakewaterwaseutrophicaccordingtoCarlsontrophicindexandOECD.
