WesummarizepalaeoclimaticoscillationsrecognizableinCainozoicflorasandvegetationoftheBohemianMassifandadjacentregionsinGermanyduringthetimespanlateEocenetoearlyPleistocene.StatisticalevaluationusingLeafMarginAnalysis,ClimateLeafAnalysisMultivariateProgramandCoexistenceApproachtogetherwiththeIntegratedPlantRecordVegetationAnalysishasbeenemployedtoreconstructclimaticparameters(mainlyMeanAnnualTemperature,MeanTemperatureofthecoldestandthewarmestmonthsandMeanAnnualPrecipitation).Resultsofindividualtechniqueshavebeencomparedandusedforconstructingcurvesthatillustrateclimatictrends.ThesemethodscanaugmentothersourcesofdatatounderstandbettertheextentandtimingofpalaeoclimaticoscillationsinCentralEuropeduringtheCainozoic.
