【 摘 要 】

Conulariellasp.andpossiblyoneotherconulariidspeciesoccurincloseassociationwithSphenothallussp.inthelowerpartoftheearlyFloianTonggaoFormationnearthetownofSandu,GuizhouProvince,China.ThisistheonlyknownoccurrenceofConulariellainEarlyOrdovicianrocksoutsideofBohemia(Perunicanterrane),andalsothefirstreportofSphenothallusfromtheOrdovicianofChina.TheaperturalmarginofConulariellaappearstohavebeenmostlystraight,andaperturallappetsprobablywerenotpresentinthisgenus.SomeTonggaoconulariidsmayhaveattachedtoorbiculoidbrachiopodsinlife.BasedonthemostrecentpalaeogeographicalreconstructionsofGondwanaandassociatedterranes,ConulariellacouldhavehadadispersalpathalongtheGondwananmargin.
