【 摘 要 】

ThebearsfromtheLateBiharianlocalitiesKoněprusyCaves,C718andKoziGrzbietdiffersignificantlyfromU.arctos,particularlyinmorphologyofmetaconidandentoconidcomplexofm1.Incontrast,theyexhibitanumberofdentalmorphometriccharacterstypicalforspelaeoidlineageforwhichweinterpretthemastheearlymembersofU.deningericlade.AlsothenominaltaxaU.suessenbornensis,U.etruscusgombaszogensisandU.saviniareassignedtospelaeoidlineage.U.sackdillingensisistentativelyassignedtoarctoidlineage,similarlyasfewsinglespecimensfromLateBihariansitesChlum4,Kövesvárad,PřezleticeandVoigtstedt.AllothermaterialfromthesesiteswasidentifiedasU.deningeri.Asmallerpartofthestudiedmaterial,includingthetypeseriesofU.eberbachensis,isofambiguoustaxonomicalstatusanddonotallowanexactspeciesdetermination.
