【 摘 要 】

Angulithesgalea(FritschinFritschSchlouml;nbach,1872)andAngulitheswestphalicus(Schlüter,1872)arerepresentativesofAngulithesMontfort,1808,occurringintheLateCretaceousofEurope,fromtheLateTuroniantotheLateCampanian.Followingexaminationofthemajorityofspecimensrepresentingthesespeciesandtheirspecificmorphology,adetailedrevisionwasmade.Bothspeciesundergosignificantmorphologicalchangesduringtheirontogeny,changingtheshapeoftheventralsideandwhorlcross-sectionattendedbyonsetandlossofventralkeelandchangingoftheshellsurface(byA.galea).ComparingthesechangeswiththeontogenyofrecentNautilussuggeststheyareexpressionsoftheapproachandattainmentofmaturity.Duetothiscomparison,comparablechangesinothertaxacanbesimilarlyinterpreted,e.g.representativesofthegenusDeltocymatoceras.ThechangesundergonebyA.galeaareatmaturityaccompaniedbyadditionalfeaturessuchasstrongradialribbing,whichiscomparablewiththeribbinginDeltocymatoceras.Theaffinity(ventralkeel,suture,ontogenyandstratigraphy)ofthisgenuswithAngulithesisatopicfordiscussion.
