【 摘 要 】
Assemblagesofthecamoebians(testateamoebae)werestudiedinforty-sixsurfacesamplesofrecentbottomsedimentsfromfivelakesintheÅ umavaMts,CzechRepublic.Altogether,twelvespeciesofthecamoebianswithanorganicwallwereidentified.Themostabundantspecies,containedin96%ofsamples,wasDifflugiaglobulus.OthercommonspecieswereDifflugiaoblongaandCentropyxisorbicularis.Usingclusteranalysisitwaspossibletodistinguishthreemainthecamoebianassemblages.TheDifflugiaglobulusassemblage(66-100%ofD.globulus)dominatesinPleÅ¡néLake,characterizedbyahigherphytoplanktoncontent.TheDifflugiaglobulusdiversifiedcluster(4-64%ofDifflugiaglobulus,3-8speciesintotal)hasthegreatestspeciesdiversityanddominatesinLakaLake,characterizedbythelowestphytoplanktonbiomass.ThetransitionalDifflugiaglobulusandPontigulasiacompressacluster(55-78%ofDifflugiaglobulus,12-32%ofPontigulasiacompressa)occursinlakeswithmediumvaluesofphytoplanktonbiomass(ÄŒerné,ÄŒertovo,Prášilskélakes).AllthespeciesfoundshouldbeadaptabletolowpH(<6)becauseofthelongtermacidityoftheinvestigatedlakes.ThespeciesDifflugiaglobulus,DifflugiaoblongaandCentropyxisorbicularisarecharacteristicfortheselakes.TheinvariablemorphologyofCentropyxisorbicularissimplifiesitsidentificationandmakesthisspeciesagoodcandidateasapalaeoenvironmentalindicator.AcomparisonofrecentlyevidencedtaxawiththedatafromÄŒernéLakeandÄŒertovoLakepublishedbyFriÄVávra(1898)wasalsomade.Sixnewspecieshavebeenfoundintheselakes(Euglyphaacanthopora,Centropyxisorbicularis,Centropyxisconstricta,Difflugiaviscidula,Nebelavitraea,Pontigulasiacompressa).
