【 摘 要 】

TrepostomidbryozoafromtheDevonianoftheSalair-Altairegion(SAR)havebeeninvestigated.AnalysisofcollecteddatahasallowedthelateSilurian-Devonian-Tournaisianintervaltobedividedinto16stages,eachrepresentedbyaspecificassociationoftrepostomids.Cyclicchangesintrepostomidspeciescompositionaremarkedbyalternationsoflowdiversity.Fourcyclescanberecognized,beginningwithanintervalofhighspeciesdiversityandendingwithanintervaloflowspeciesdiversity.Synchronicitybetweencyclesofspeciesdiversityandrecognizedtransgressive-regressivecyclesisevidentintheSAR.Diversitypeakscorrespondtotransgressions,whereasminimumdiversitytoregressions.LocalcyclicityofthetrepostomiddiversityintheSARdoesnotcoincidewithaglobalbryozoancyclicity.SpeciesdurationofDevoniantrepostomidsisassessedandtheirpotentialforbiostratigraphicalcorrelationwithintheSARproven.
