【 摘 要 】
Changesinthestructureoftheworkmarketandtheirimplicationsformigrationareanalyzedinthisarticle.Togetherwiththesestartingfactors,theyareexposedthedifferentelementsthatshouldbetakenintoaccountwhenstudyingthecurrentmigrationandlabormarkets,particularlytheflexibilityandqualificationofimmigrantstoperformcertainjobsintheirhostsocieties,aswellasthenativeworkforce,whoarenowcompetingforthosejobsthatyearsagowerenotattractiveforthem.Theflexibilityofworkmarket,publicpolicies,fundingsources,theaccesstoimprovementsinworkingconditionsandsocialparticipation,inadditiontothefemaleworkingforceandtransnationalmigrationmovementsofhighlyqualifiedpeoplepreviouslytrainedindevelopedcountries,haveadirectimpactonacontextofeconomiccrisis.
