【 摘 要 】

Thisworkisdividedintofourparts.Thefirstonepresentsaspectsofthepolitical,socio-economic,andterritorialcontextsintheTanger-Tetouanregion.ThesecondpartaimstodevelopareflectiononthevulnerabilityandsocialinterventionintimesofcrisisinthenorthofMorocco,whilethethirdpartprovidesanevaluativereadingofexperiencesinsocialinterventionfromthecivilsociety,withaspecialreferencetotheTanger-Tetouanregionof.Thelastpartfocusesonexperiencesofsocialworkwithchildren,youngpeople,andwomenintheprovinceofTangiertodisplaythenewchallengesofsocialintervention,giventhecomplexityofsocialproblemsintimesofcrisis.
