【 摘 要 】

ThisarticleanalyzestheimpactofthearrivalofimmigrantpopulationintheCatalanruralareasfromagenderperspective.Wehaveparticularlyobservedthefemalemigratoryroutestomunicipalitieswithproblemsinensuringthereproductionoftheircommunities(depopulation,masculinization,aging,singleness,economicmarginality)suggestingthatthesewomencontributeuniquelytoitsdevelopmentandtherevivalofpartofhumancapitalandlaborlostinthedeclineprocessthathascharacterizestheruralareasthroughoutthetwentiethcentury.Wenotedthedemographictrendsofimmigrationtoruralareasandtheircharacterization,migratoryroutes,expectationsanduniquenessoftheirincorporationintosuchaspecificmediumsocially,economicallyandculturally.Unlikemalemigrationintheseareaswhichisusuallyconcernedintheprimarysector,womenworkprimarilyintheservicesector(hotelsandtourism),intheagroprocessorsandespeciallyinworkrelatedtothereproductivesphere,careandattentiontotheagingpopulationwhobecauseofruralexodus,donotusuallyhaveeitherafamilyorinstitutionalcontextthatmeetstheirneedsofcloseattention.Weunderstandthattheforeignwomenhelptorefeminizethesecommunitiesandbecomeessentialeconomicandsocialagents.
