【 摘 要 】
TheemergenceofwhatwouldbecometheIntangibleCulturalHeritageConventionbeganshortlyaftertheadoptionoftheWorldHeritageConventionin1972,reflectingthatthecontentofthelatterleftmanycountriesunsatisfied.Thecategorieswerealreadyincludedinthefirstdocumentsandfinallyweregroupedintofivedistinctsections,whichareneverthelessquiteinaccurateand,moreimportantly,theyhavenotdefinedtheboundariesofexpansion.Inanycase,IntangibleCulturalHeritagehasbecomerelevantsymboliccapitalforwhichstatesaswellascommunitiesdisputetheinclusionofitemsonUNESCOlists,inwhichtheevaluationlabelisnowparadigmatic:'HeritageofHumanity'.
