Westudytheexistenceandlong-timebehaviorofsolutionstoasemilinearstronglydegenerateparabolicequationon$BbbR^N$underanarbitrarypolynomialgrowthorderofthenonlinearity.Toovercomesomesignificantdifficultycausedbythelackofcompactnessoftheembeddings,theexistenceofglobalattractorsisprovedbycombiningthetailestimatesmethodandtheasymptotic$extit{apriori}$estimatemethod.
