【 摘 要 】

WeinvestigatelongtimeexistenceofsolutionsoftheNavier-Stokes-Boussinesqequationswithspatiallyalmostperiodicreaklargedatawhenthedensitystratificationparameterissufficientlylarge.In1996,KimuraandHerringcite{KH}examinednumericalsimulationstoshowastabilizingeffectduetothelargestratification.Theyobservedscatteredtwo-dimensionalpancake-shapedvortexpatcheslyingalmostinthehorizontalplane.Ourresultgivesamathematicalfoundationofthepresenceofsuchtwo-dimensionalpancakes.
