Westudythestructureofthespectrumofdifferentialoperatorswhichariseintheproblemsmodellingtheinneroscillationsofviscouscompressiblebarotropicexponentiallystratifiedthree-dimensionalfluid.ForDirichletproblem,weprovethattheessentialspectrumconsistsofthreerealpoints.Wefindthesectorofthecomplexplanetowhichalltheeigenvaluesbelong.
