UsingtheGromovinvariantsandtheTaubes'structuretheorem,weinvestigatehowspheresofsquare$-1$areembeddedagainstfibersinrelativelyminimalLefschetzfibrationsover$S^2$andshowthefinitenessofthegeographyofrelativelyminimalgenus-2Lefschetzfibrationscontainingspheresofsquare$-1$.Furthermore,wepresentthelistofpossiblepairs$(n,s)$ofthenumbersofirreduciblesingularfibersandreduciblesingularfibersinsuchaLefschetzfibration.
