【 摘 要 】

Rotationcurvesarethebasictoolforderivingthedistributionofmassinspiralgalaxies.Inthisreview,wedescribevariousmethodstomeasurerotationcurvesintheMilkyWayandspiralgalaxies.Wethendescribetwomajormethodstocalculatethemassdistributionusingtherotationcurve.Bythedirectmethod,themassiscalculatedfromrotationvelocitieswithoutemployingmassmodels.Bythedecompositionmethod,therotationcurveisdeconvolvedintomultiplemasscomponentsbymodelfittingassumingablackhole,bulge,exponentialdisk,anddarkhalo.Thedecompositionisusefulforstatisticalcorrelationanalysesamongthedynamicalparametersofthemasscomponents.Wealsoreviewrecentobservationsandderivedresults.
