【 摘 要 】
Wepresentanewcode,RCF(“Radiative–CollisionalcodebasedonFACâ€),whichisusedtosimulatesteady-stateplasmasundernon-localthermodynamicequilibriumcondition,especiallyphotoinization-dominatedplasmas.RCFtakesalmostalloftheradiativeandcollisionalatomicprocessesintoarateequationtointerprettheplasmassystematically.TheFlexibleAtomicCode(FAC)suppliesalltheatomicdataneededforRCF,whichinsurescalculatingcompletenessandconsistencyofatomicdata.Withfourinputparametersrelatingtotheradiationsourceandtargetplasma,RCFcalculatesthepopulationoflevelsandchargestates,aswellaspotentialemissionspectrum.Inapreliminaryapplication,RCFsuccessfullyreproducedtheresultsofaphotoionizationexperimentwithreliableatomicdata.Theeffectsofthemostimportantatomicprocessesonthechargestatedistributionarealsodiscussed.
