Wepresentthepolarizationimagesinthe$$J,H$$,and$$K_{ms}$$bandsoftheOrionMolecularCloud1Southregion.Thepolarizationimagesclearlyshowatleastsixinfraredreflectionnebulae(IRNe)whicharebarelyseenorinvisibleintheintensityimages.Ourpolarizationvectorimagesalsoidentifytheilluminatingsourcesofthenebulae;IRN1and2,IRN3,4,and5,andIRN6areilluminatedbythreeIRsources,Source144–351,Source145–356,andSource136–355,respectively.Moreover,ourpolarizationimagessuggestthecandidatedrivingsourcesoftheopticalHerbig-Haroobjectsforthefirsttime;HH529,apairofHH202andHH528orHH203/204,andHH530andHH269areoriginatedfromSource144–351,Source145–356,andSource136–355,respectively.
