【 摘 要 】
Fragranceisanimportantcomponentofend-usequalityinrice.Asetof516fragrantriceaccessionsweregenotypedandover80%ofthemcarriedthebadh2.7allele.Asubsetof144mostlyfragrantaccessions,includingnineofOryzarufipogon,wasthensubjectedtoadetaileddiversityandhaplotypeanalysis.TheleveloflinkagedisequilibriumintheBadh2regionwashigheramongthefragrantaccessions.Re-sequencingintheBadh2regionshowedthatbadh2.7,badh2.2andbadh2.4ndash;5allaroseinthejaponicagenepool,andspreadlaterintotheindicagenepoolasaresultofdeliberatecrossing.However,loss-of-functionallelesofBadh2arealsofoundintheindicagenepools,andthentransferredintojaponica.EvidenceforthreenewpossibleFNPswasobtainedfromtheBadh2sequenceof62fragrantaccessions.Basedonthesedata,wehaveelaboratedamodelfortheevolutionofBadh2anditsparticipationinthericedomesticationprocess.
