【 摘 要 】

Thecompletemitochondrialgenome(mitogenome)ofBombyxmoristrainDazao(Lepidoptera:Bombycidae)wasdeterminedtobe15,653#xA0;bp,including13protein-codinggenes(PCGs),tworRNAgenes,22tRNAgenesandaA#xA0;+#xA0;T-richregion.Ithasthetypicalgeneorganizationandorderofmitogenomesfromlepidopteraninsects.TheATskewofthismitogenomewasslightlypositiveandthenucleotidecompositionwasalsobiasedtowardA#xA0;+#xA0;Tnucleotides(81.31%).AllPCGswereinitiatedbyATNcodons,exceptforcytochromecoxidasesubunit1(cox1)genewhichwasinitiatedbyCGA.Thecox1andcox2geneshadincompletestopcodonsconsistingofjustaT.AllthetRNAgenesdisplayedatypicalclover-leafstructureofmitochondrialtRNA.TheA#xA0;+#xA0;T-richregionofthemitogenomewas495#xA0;bpinlengthandconsistedofseveralfeaturescommontothelepidopteras.PhylogeneticanalysisshowedthattheB.moriDazaowasclosetoBombycidae.
