【 摘 要 】
Effectsof15proteinaseinhibitorsandaninhibitoragainstaminopeptidasesonfertilizationofthesolitaryascidian,Halocynthiaroretziwerestudiedinsearchoflysins.Fertilizationofintacteggswasblockedbythreetrypsininhibitors,leupeptin,antipain,andsoybeantrypsininhibitor,andbytwochymotrypsininhibitors,chymostatinandpotatoproteinaseinhibitorI.Ontheotherhand,thefertilizationofnakedeggswasnotblockedatallbyleupeptinandwasonlypartiallyblockedbychymostatinattheconcentrationssufficientforblockingthatofintacteggs.Thisindicatesthatspermatozoautilizetrypsin-likeandchymotrypsin-likeproteinasesprobablyaslysinsforpenetratingthroughthechorion.Thechymotrypsin-likeactivityappearstobealsorequiredforsomestepbesidesspermpenetrationthroughtheegginvestments.【 授权许可】
