【 摘 要 】
Inthispaper,wepresenttheresultsofelectricalresistivityandinducedpolarizationrealin-fielddatacollectedusingwenner-schlumbergerandpole-dipolearrays.ThestudywasconductedatMindensiteinPenang,Malaysia.Inversionresultsfromcomputersuggestedthatoptimizedwenner-schlumbergerandpole-dipolearrayswouldbeequallyeffectivebutthemergedatalevelstechniqueforbotharrayswouldabletoprovidehighresolutionatimagingslopearea.Ourin-fielddataresultsshowedthatthetwoarraysimagedthesubsurfaceforslopemonitoringequallywell.Whenin-fielddatalevelsfromthesetwodifferentarraysweremergedandanalyzedusing2-Dinversion,however,themergingdatalevelsusingtwodifferentarrayswasabletoresolvethesubsurfacecharacterizations.Becausethemergingdatalevelsusingtwodifferentarraysrequiresroughlytwotimesasmeasurementperline,weconcludethatthistechniqueispreferableforenvironmentalgeophysicsthansinglearrayonlywhenthehighimprovementinresolutionatsensitivity,horizontalcoverage,signalstrengthandinvestigationdepthismoreimportantthanrapiddataacquisition.
