【 摘 要 】

Foundationsforoffshorewindturbinesarepredominantlydemandingduetothedynamicnatureoftheoffshoreloading.Agreaterunderstandingofthebehaviourofwindturbinefoundationsoil,willcertainlyleadtothestableconstructionoffoundationswhichinturn,willmakeoffshorewindfarmsamorefeasiblepartofthesolutiontotheglobalenergyproblem.Thispaperpresentstheresultsofcyclicdirectsimplesheartesttoexplainthelongtermcyclicbehaviorofmarinesiltysand.Allthetestsareperformedwithrelativedensityof65%and70%.Cyclicbehaviorofmarinesiltysandarebasedonthenumberofloadingcycles,cyclicshearstrainamplitude,relativedensity,andcyclicstressratio.
