Inordertopredictthelocalscouraroundthegravityplatform,thepapersimulatedtheflowfieldaroundtheplatformintwodimensionalspacewithlargeeddynumericalsimulationmethodandSIMPLECpressurecorrectionalgorithm,whichbasedonthefinitevolumemethod.Throughtheaverageflowfieldcharacteristicsandintegralparametersgot,thebasiccharacteristicsofthewakestructurecouldbeunderstood.
