【 摘 要 】

Whenanychangesimposetowatertableandinternalwaterpressureofkarsticareaswhichactaswateraquifersandundergroundreservoirs,someproblemslikeinstability,generalcollapses,giantsettlementsandmanyotherphenomenawouldhappenduetothekarsticrockmassesfailure.Therefore,analysisofinternalstressesinrockmassesinsuchcaseswouldbereallyhelpfulinpreventinganydisasters.Thisstudyhasconsideredtheanalysisofinternalcompressive,tensileandshearstressesofarockcubicelementcomprisinganellipticalhollowwithinternalhydrostaticpressure.Then,inordertoclarifytheeffectofwaterpressureinsidethekarstichollows,asimplifiedmodelhasbeencarefullyanalyzedandalaboratorysimulationhasbeenperformedonanalyzedmodel.Thestudyresultsshowthatreductionofinternalwaterpressurewouldleadtodecrementinbearingcapacityandcompressivestrengthofrockmasseswithhollows.Ontheotherhand,iftheinternalpressureincreasestheamountoftensionswouldalsoimproveandmayleadtotensilefailureandprogressionofcracksinrockmasses.
