References(12)Cited-By(4)The measurements of mass fluxes in binary distillation of the nitrogen-oxygen and argon-oxygen systems in a wetted-wall column were made under total reflux conditions for a wide range of turbulent flows.The observed diffusion fluxes of each components in binary distillation were found to be proportional to their concentration driving forces, whereas the observed mass fluxes were not. A new correlation for vapor phase diffusion fluxes in the nitrogen-oxygen and argon-oxygen systems was proposed.
