【 摘 要 】
References(15)Numerical computations were carried out for liquid encapsulated Czochralski bulk flow for the modeled fluid of glycerol (model for melt) and silicon oil (model for encapsulated fluid) which were employed for temperature and flow visualization. Axi-symmetric cylindrical model equations were derived and numerically solved for stable cyclic solutions to be consistent with the flow visualization experiments to confirm the present computational system. Afterward, actual physical properties for GaAs and B2O3 were employed for more realistic numerical simulation and oscillatory convection was found for Grm/Rem2 values less than 10.
