【 摘 要 】

In this article we study in detail the expansion of the Riemann$Xi$ function in Meixner--Pollaczek polynomials. We obtain explicitformulas, recurrence relation and asymptotic expansion for thecoefficients and investigate the zeros of the partial sums.
