【 摘 要 】

In this paper, we consider Hermitian harmonic maps fromHermitian manifolds into convex balls. We prove that there existno non-trivial Hermitian harmonic maps from closed Hermitianmanifolds into convex balls, and we use the heat flow method tosolve the Dirichlet problem for Hermitian harmonic maps when thedomain is a compact Hermitian manifold with non-empty boundary.
