【 摘 要 】

A variety of novel therapeutic modalities have recently become available for patients with cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL).In particular, with recent FDA approvals of the three new agents vorinostat (Zolinza®), romidepsin (Istodax®), and pralatrexate(Folotyn®) CTCL treatment has been transformed. Here, we offer a brief overview of these agents and discuss their place in thespectrum of current therapies for CTCL.
