【 摘 要 】

Onychomycosis is one of the most common nail disorders. Despite recent therapeuticadvances with the introduction of effective systemic agents and transungual drugdelivery systems, the incidence of onychomycosis is increasing. This is of concern,as the morbidity related to this infection also increases as our population ageswith associated conditions, such as diabetes and immunosuppression from illnessand medical therapy. Rational and effective treatment plans are needed.
