【 摘 要 】

This paper deals with the analysis and design of a software application to synchronize semaphores situated along an artery of a city. With the software the system´s operators will obtain a timed sequence for lights changes as well as an offset of time between the intersections located in the artery that warranties the desired synchronization. The system was developed using Qt.
