【 摘 要 】

This study has as objective present a proposal of development of industrial maintenance management having the alignment with the strategic planning as a central point. To answer the specific objectives that was set as identify the importance of alignment between maintenance management with the strategic planning of the company, show kinds of indicators, identify the importance given by the company in relation to the alignment between the objectives of maintenance and the strategic planning and analyze the strategic competitiveness of maintenance management practices from the company, the methodology of literature review and study of case have been used. The last one has been used as a complement and the analogy with the real case’s situation, and where it has been developed and applied an indepth interview with approach of qualitative nature. It is possible to conclude the alignment maintenance to strategic planning is of great importance for the survival of the company, the strategic competitiveness of the maintenance sector is weak at the moment, the company goes through an initial stage in search of alignment between different areas. As it is also possible to conclude that knowledge of planning, the creation of objectives and indicators linked to strategic planning, and the definition of a strategic ways to the sector, are critical factors to conduct the alignment of maintaining the company’s strategic planning.
