【 摘 要 】

As emphasized in the Editorial for the second in the series of the anniversary issues, we will strive to attract best submissions and publish best papers from a very broad geographic area, thus making Facta Universitatis: series Electronics and Energetics a truly international journal. We will also insist that all published papers are of high quality and practical value, thus leading to their worldwide citation, i.e. to the journal’s placement onto SCI list. Whilst insisting that all published papers are of high quality and practical value, we wish to avoid creation a situation where the journal publishes by quantity rather than quality, and that is the reason why we already started with rigorous refereeing of all submitted papers.
