【 摘 要 】

In a short period of time, we will have a large amount of results from 𝐵-factories including ones on CP violation. In this talk, we briefly review the current experimental status of 𝐵-physics. After a quick description of 𝑏-facilities, we divide this vast field into two categories: (1) weak interaction and QCD, (2) unitarity triangle and CP violation. Only a few critical items are selected in each category for the sake of time and space.
