【 摘 要 】

A systematic review is considered a protocol applied in several scientific areas, and the application in Software Engineering is not the exception. This article presents the applied and adapted protocol in searches related to software development frameworks for MSMEs of software; the data cover the period from 1995 to 2013, focusing on trends, countries and publishing sectors; as well as models, methodologies, standards, technical processes, implementation processes and software reuse processes. Results for countries publishing on the selected topic are as follows: United States and United Kingdom show the highest number of publications together, 21%, while other countries keep the rest 79%. The greatest number of publications is presented in the education sector with 76%, followed by research centers 18%, and the private sector with 6%. The most used process model and methodology are the CMMI and the IDEAL with 33% and 22%, respectively. The most widely used standards, with 18% each, are the ISO/IEC 15504 and CORBA; and the most addressed software life cycle process are the analysis of system requirements with 33% and the construction with 29% respectively.
