【 摘 要 】

My task in this paper is twofold. On the one hand, I want to provide an account of Twardowski’s treatment of content, as can be found in his book Zur Lehre vom Inhalt und Gegenstand der Vorstellungen (1894).On the other hand, I wish to make a suggestion about the kind of representationalist Twardowski was.I will devote most of my attention to motivating Twardowski`s theory. In conclusion I will provide a defense of the theory.
