【 摘 要 】
Microwave dielectric ceramics in Sr1-ð‘�?Cað‘�?La4Ti4.93Zr0.07O17 (0 â‰�? ð‘�? â‰�? 0.5) composition series were processed via a solid-state sintering rout. X-ray diffraction revealed single phase ceramics. Ca substitutions for Sr tuned ðœf towards zero with increased ð‘�??uð‘�??o values. In the present study, ðœ�?r∼ 55, ð‘�??uð‘�??o ∼ 11960 GHz and ðœð‘�??∼ 5.2 ppm/°C were achieved for the composition with ð‘�? = 0.3.
