【 摘 要 】

Discussion, assessment and presentation of parameters for organization of the Brazilian Scientific and Technological Information are shown with focus on the problems of access to information in open systems, specifically the Lattes Database of Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq). An exploratory study is presented which was developed with CVs taken from the Lattes Database. The goal was to identify whether the open nature of the system could put at risk the consistency of the data when information is retrieved. Since the answer was affirmative we present suggestions to improve the system from a perspective of results systemization.
