【 摘 要 】

This paper presents a statistical analysis of the documents related to the Information Science indexed on LILACS Database in order to identify the articles and publications of the information professionals working in Health Care. We have considered the following criteria to characterize the articles and publications: author, theme, local, year, and type of publication. The authors have concluded that the indexed publications on Health Information Science are not significant when compared to the whole content of the database.
