【 摘 要 】
Until recently, research about the impact of online generation (Og) on higher education institutions (HEIs) has been sparse. The higher education is diversifying entity which includes student profiles, learning needs, academic programs and assessment. The narrative of higher education is no longer singular, reflective of complexification. The crisis in Higher Education (HE) is the online versions of college courses over the traditional classroom techniques. We have analyzed that the technology is a double-edged sword which has a great impact on our student’s educational experiences. In this paper, we try to cover an important part of this informational and analytical age, by describing the online generation and the technology its members use, reviewing the impact of net on HEIs (external or internal parameters of classroom) and on the work culture students faces. At last, we suggest some recommendations for implementing policies and practices that will improvise the collegiate environment with the help of technology. In this paper we aim to improve the newer generation by recommending various policies and strategies to implement them in higher education institutions..
