【 摘 要 】

The paper presents the design philosophyand hardware details of a range gate generator as presence sensorsuitable for an X-band frequency-modulated continuous wave radar. Alogic circuit to indicate the target presence between 20 m to 30 m with amaximum of ± 0.5 Count cycle-limited error has been designed andincorporated.
