【 摘 要 】

A commercially viablepolydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)diglyceryl ether of bisphenol-A(DGEBA)interpenetrating network from hydroxyl terminated PDMS and DGEBAwas synthesised.Epoxy resin was thoroughly mixed with PDMS to get aprepolymer. The interpenetrating polymer network has better electricaland thermal characteristics with high impact resistancecompared to thevirgin epoxy system.
