【 摘 要 】
Twenty seven isolates of Trichoderma spp. were evaluated against two of Sarocladium oryzae (Sawada) W. Gams & D. Hawksworth (S. o-2 y S. o-4) in dual culture. The action modes in the different interaction phases was determined by comparing the growth of Sarocladium colonies. The data were analyzed using Student`s t test. With isolates S. o-2 and S.o 4,competition by the substrate was shown by 81,48% of the Trichoderma isolates, 25,93% antibiosis and 11,11% mycoparasitism. Two Trichoderma isolates (T.4 and T.5) against the isolate S. o -4 showed the three antagonism types, whereas against S. o-2, they showed only competition for the substrate. This is an evidence of sensitivity variability of the phytopathogen isolates against the antagonist. Among the Trichoderma isolates, T.29 ,with a marked antibiotic effect, and T.6, with more than two antagonism types, were the most promising against both pathogen isolates.
