【 摘 要 】

The study focuses the process of tranference and articulation of frontier concepts in America and Rioplatense historiography during nineteenth century. This articule analyzes the evolution of frontier works and their hypotheses dealing with the factors that could have influence in the Rio de la Plata history process.
