【 摘 要 】

In this paper we analyse the limit values of the new EU air quality Directive (1999/30/EC) for SO 2 ; CO; NO 2 ; PM 10and O 3pollutans. The annual average concentrations are decreasing from 1980 to 1990; from 1990 to 2003, NO 2and PM 10have been stable, SO 2and CO continuing downwards and the ozone has increased. Concentrations of NO 2and PM 10are higher of limit values in more of 96% of the urban stations, by contrast the highest concentrations of ozone occurs in the surronundings.
