【 摘 要 】

An important number of landscape approaches are included in the called territorial perspective, which is that centres its work in spatial issues. From this point of view the concept “landscape unit�? takes special interest, being the result of epistemological bases and methodological tools used by each work team. This paper is about this concept and systematizes the diversity of expositions, taking as reference point form and content criteria. Besides that, the exercise presents the singularity and the added value to use as examples studies made in Spain.
