【 摘 要 】

During the compilation of the Passifloraceae for theCatálogo de las Plantas Vasculares de Boliviawe found a new species belonging toPassiflorasect.Insignes , which we callPassiflora carrascoensis . We here present a taxonomic revision of thePassiflorasect.Insignesand×Inkeaand a brief outline of the history of the groups. The number of species inPassiflorasect.Insignesis now six, with four species endemic to Bolivia, one to Peru, and one widespread frequently cultivated species.Passiflorasect.×Inkeaconsists of the hybridPassiflora ×rosea . Four names are lectotypified.
