【 摘 要 】
This study introduces a three-level hierarchical production planning and schedulingapproach developed and implemented in a resin factory. Our approach proposes at the first level amixed-integer linear programming for solving the aggregate planning model. At the second level, aweighted-integer goal-programming model is developed to disaggregate the developed aggregateplans. A sequencing algorithm is developed for the third level that tends to minimize the total weightedtardiness. Real industrial data is used to test and validate the proposed models.
